What these terms cover

These terms apply to the travsr.com website and the docs site: browsing them, and using the forms on them. By using either site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the sites.

They do not cover the Travsr software. The CLI, daemon, MCP server and editor extensions are released under the Apache License 2.0, and that licence alone governs your rights to use, modify and redistribute them. Where these terms and that licence disagree about the software, the licence wins.

Using the site

Please do not:

• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the sites or the services behind them.
• Use the forms to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, or to impersonate someone else.
• Scrape at a rate that degrades the service for other people. The content itself is fine to read, quote and link to.

We may block access that does any of the above. If a security researcher finds a flaw, we would much rather hear about it: see the security policy.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send through a form or by email. By sending it, you give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to answer you and to improve Travsr. Do not send us confidential material, credentials, access tokens, or personal data about other people. Ideas and feature requests you send us may end up implemented without a payment or attribution obligation, so send only what you are happy to share on those terms.

Content and brand

The text, diagrams and documentation on these sites are ours unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote them with attribution and a link. The Travsr name and logo are our marks: use them to refer to the project, not in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, or produced something we did not.

Availability

The sites and any hosted services are provided as they are, without any promise of uptime. We change, move and remove pages, and features described as planned or in preview may change or never ship. Nothing on these sites is a contractual commitment to deliver a feature.

No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, the sites and their content are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Documentation can be out of date or wrong; verify anything you are about to depend on.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of these sites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links to other sites

These sites link to GitHub, npm, the VS Code Marketplace, Open VSX, and other third parties. We do not control them, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL with the date it was last changed at the top. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
